Cancellation Periods
- Early Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus any applicable transaction fees.
- Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made between 30 days and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the booking.
Modification Policy
- Changes to your reservation dates or accommodation preferences may be subject to availability and additional charges.
No Show Policy
- If you do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival without prior notification, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Force Majeure
- Happy Vacations Club reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government advisories, or other situations beyond our control.
- In such cases, we will offer alternative accommodations or a credit voucher for future travel.
Special Promotions or Packages
- Cancellation policies may vary for special promotions, discounted rates, or packages.

Communication
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
- Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Emergency Situations
- For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or natural disasters, we can reschedule the booking or issue a credit voucher for future travel.
